I would recommend HTH and will use them again for my next trip. I did not have to file a claim so I can not comment on that process, but having the assurance of compete medical coverage helped me to relax and enjoy my trip. The representative that took my initial call was pleasant and extremely helpful in finding the plan that best met my needs.

Sorry, I was unable to go on the trip due to hospitalization of a fellow traveler, but it was too late to get a refund prior to trip date. Would have been better to let one cancel up to trip date with only an administrative cost before a partial refund, or maybe a discount on our next use of coverages. I was glad to see several vendors to compare coverages prior to purchase.

It was a great trip.I was ill during my Europe trip for about 10 days. Having temperature and cough and cold. Unfortunately I don't know how to inform you I could not seek medical advise and have to do with OTC medication
