Sorry, I was unable to go on the trip due to hospitalization of a fellow traveler, but it was too late to get a refund prior to trip date. Would have been better to let one cancel up to trip date with only an administrative cost before a partial refund, or maybe a discount on our next use of coverages. I was glad to see several vendors to compare coverages prior to purchase.

It was a great trip.I was ill during my Europe trip for about 10 days. Having temperature and cough and cold. Unfortunately I don't know how to inform you I could not seek medical advise and have to do with OTC medication

Almost used it cause I was in Puerto Rico when tropical storm Issac came on land..but was able to fly out. Did feel glad I had this coverage just in case.
