I did not have to use the coverage but was in Beijing shortly after the recent heavy storms and flooding. Knowing that I had the insurance prior to arriving was a great comfort as over 55 people were killed during that time due to same. Would definitely use again!!!

The good news is I didn't need to use the coverage. But, it was extremely easy to get and very reasonably priced for the peace of mind. I'll definitely use the service again on my next trips.

No problems so I didn't need to use the coverage. Still some questions about how this coverage might work in china since most hospitals require payment before any services are provided. This of course means that you could end up dead while the hospital gets some confirmation from the insurer.

    There is an emergency 24hr phone number you can call from anywhere in the world. HTH Worldwide could set up direct billing if you had to be admitted into the hospital while on your trip.
