The whole process from getting a quote to buying the policy was quick. The insurance agent was very knowledgeable. The confirmation email specified all the details clearly - coverage, contacts, etc.

The representative was VERY helpful, polite and professional. I wasn't sure which plan to select or which was appropriate for my needs or trip and he made it very easy. Plan was worth it. My main concern was air ambulance coverage in case of an illness and life insurance. We didn't have to use it but I have no regrets.

I did not receive a policy or have my credit card debited until I returned home from my trip. That leads me to believe that this policy would not have been enforceable if something did happen.
