policy was unused. No real idea if if it would have worked if needed, or if it was even there. The purchase of the policy was quick, easy, add documentation was delivered when and where it was promised. Sales/Customer service was polite, and helpful. In general, I'm pleased. (This is kind of like asking what I think of a spare tire that's never been out of the trunk)

Never having had a need to purchase accident coverage for travel, I was a bit intimidated when I started looking into the insurance. I was thrilled that it was easy to find, I was thrilled that the customer service reps were not "offshore reps", and was even more thrilled that the reps were thorough without being convoluted. I thankfully did not have occasion to have to use the service, but am confident that if I had that the reps would assist my family efficiently and competently. My cynicism on American Customer Service standards has been diminished, your customer service reps are a credit to the industry so Thank Them.
