I never had to use any services by IMT Travel but it was so easy to setup every thing with a representative when I wanted to get some info about this plan.
I started with chat n the web site and she offered me a call on my cell and that was it. Within a few minutes she addressed all of my concerns and provided me what I needed to get visa.
Price was very reasonable too.
