Thank heavens I didn't need to collect on my trip! However, it did give me peace of mind to have the insurance. When you spend a lot on your trip, it would be a shame to not only miss the trip, but also be out the $. The staff at InsureMyTrip were up front and very easy to work with.

It is hard to know how difficult it would have been to use this insurance if needed, since we didn't need it. It seemed to have the coverage we needed with a last minute cancellation and health care support if needed.

Excellent value with very good coverage. Only concern is lack of coverage for pre-existing chronic conditions that often require maintenance-only physician visits within the 60 day exclusion period.

Your customer service agents are superb. All of them answered everyone of my thousand questions. The coverage I bought was excellent, even though no claims were filed. I m happy to see a telephone number on their website. I prefer to talk to a human than a computer.
