Fortunately I did not need to use the travel insurance during our travels to Bahrain. It was a save and enjoyable trip. So it is impossible to rate how this plan worked since I did not need to use it. Regarding purchasing the plan, it was fairly easy and based on what it said it covered, I was satisfied with it.
