It was great to find a policy to cover an over 65 American living in a foreign country and traveling to another country for a short vacation. The cherry on top was the reasonable rate for pre-existing conditions that have not required any medical attention for years.

Since we didn't need to use the coverage, my review will be based on customer service. I called IMG to make a few changes after original purchase. They could not have been more helpful and were so easy to work with. I strongly recommend this service though I hope to avoid using the benefits provided!

Being that we didn't have to use the insurance, it was still great to have the peace of mind. The cost/coverage for the two of us was great. Signing up for it online was quick and easy. Will definitely use IMG again for future trips here on out!!
