It was much less costly than the insurance promoted by the travel company. However, we didn't have to make any claims, so I'm not sure how informative our review will be for other travelers.

Since we didn't need to use the coverage, my review will be based on customer service. I called IMG to make a few changes after original purchase. They could not have been more helpful and were so easy to work with. I strongly recommend this service though I hope to avoid using the benefits provided!

Being that we didn't have to use the insurance, it was still great to have the peace of mind. The cost/coverage for the two of us was great. Signing up for it online was quick and easy. Will definitely use IMG again for future trips here on out!!

I think the plan is great although thankfully did not need to use it. I travel a lot internationally and will use it again and again. In fact I am going to Europe for a month this summer and have already purchased another plan. Great plan, great price!
