I was happy to have the insurance which turned out not to be needed, for which I am happy. I have nenver needed to use the insurance of this sort when Ive bought it, but will continue to do so anyway.

I had questions prior to purchasing this travel insurance and I received responses right away together with recommendations on how to get better coverage for what I needed - skiing in Europe.
I am very satisfied with the purchasing experience.
I never had to file a claim so can't comment on those services but I will definitely purchase this plan again when I travel to Europe.
