Having trip insurance provided peace of mind both before and during our travels. We didn't have to worry about the unexpected occurring because we were covered for both travel and health related issues. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim, but having the insurance made the whole trip more enjoyable.

A variety of plans were offered with clear explanations of the coverage provided. It was easy to choose and purchase the insurance. We did not have to file a claim but it was nice knowing the coverage was there if we needed it.

The trip was good, knowing that in the event something happened it would be covered, put my family and i at ease. My flights in China were never on time, which did cause me to have to get a hotel overnight. The room cost was only $ 35.00 USD. Not enough to file a claim
