I submitted a claim for a December 2012 trip that was cancelled, and I received a reimbursement check within two weeks. The agents I spoke with were courteous and professional. I would use this company again and will recommend it to friends.

This policy was perfect for us, and at a price I was comfortable paying. I had never purchased trip insurance before, but since we planned a major family vacation six months in advance, we wanted insurance in case something came up before we traveled, or while we were there, since it was such a major investment for the five of us. The John Hancock policy was perfect. InsureMyTrip.com made it easy to compare policies. Will shop here again.
