Linda would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I felt more comfotable traveling knowing that I was covered for certain emergencies. I felt John Hancock was a good option, having researched other available insurances. As it was, we did not have any issues and did not file a claim.

It's hard to know how effective an insurance product is until one has a claim. Overall, the policy was easy to purchase online and seemed a reasonable price. Thank goodness, we encountered no health or travel issues but it's good to have a back up plan.

Wasn't quite the cheapest coverage out there, but coverage included driving delays, which was important since we drove from Atlanta to Miami and back.
