I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

We had no reason to use our policy. We were very lucky with everything but we paid for the security of knowing that we were protected. I wondered if any thought was ever given to returning customers that never had a claim after several trips?

Michael would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
My only issue was the time involved. It seems that we went back and forth on documentation needed to process the claim. The expectations were unclear from the beginning which delayed the process due to delivery of the USPS. Otherwise it was a good value and I would recommend the M. H. Ross Advantage Bridge plan.
