I do have a hotel claiming a damage charge which we disagree with. i have taken up with my credit card company.

We had no reason to use our policy. We were very lucky with everything but we paid for the security of knowing that we were protected. I wondered if any thought was ever given to returning customers that never had a claim after several trips?
