The M.H. Ross Advantage Bridge plan covered everything I was concerned about. It was expensive but I'm old and understand that any plan would be costly for someone my age. Everyone I spoke with at InsureMyTrip was patient and helpful. Thanks.

I always use InsureMyTrip.com for travel insurance as I think you get more for your money. Have never filed a claim so I cannot say how it provides coverage on refunds, etc.

We were starting our trip 2 days after Hurricane Sandy hit, and we were worried how to handle possible airline delays and consequent problems hooking up with our tour in South Africa. So before we left I spoke with two company representatives, one in benefits the other in claims, and both provided all the info I needed were I to run into difficulties. In fact, all went smoothly and there was no need to to make a claim, but I was grateful for the advice I received before departing.
