The plan provided all the coverage we thought we would need at an acceptable price - and one much lower than that offered by the tour agency. The procedure to purchase the plan was very easy and straightforward. We did not need to file a claim so we can't comment on that part of the policy.

I bought peace of mind. Thankfully I did not have to test it out. I would hope they (insurance co.) would live up to their obligations with aggravation. Your website is very helpful though.

I have always used InsureMyTrip for my annual trips. I have never had any problem quoting, comparing and purchasing online. I have never filed a claim so I cannot advise about the claims handling.
