Recommended with reservations. Coverage details on the website are not clearly presented, so I did not get the 'cancel for any reason' coverage I thought I selected (fortunately, did not need to use). Perhaps a 'decision tree' model would be better, taking the purchaser through option selections, with a final list of company/plan that match the desired options. Customer service was very helpful, though, and prompt to respond.

It seems as though whenever I do have to make a claim an item or incident is not covered by my policy. My phone was pickpocketed in Russia and of course as always, this "item" was not covered.
I take the insurance because I have an elderly parent who. I'm wondering, if in the event I would have to cancel a trip because of an illness, what are the chances that there would be some "reason" that my insurance would not cover this?
