MH Ross personnel were polite and efficient; we are completely satisfied. We didn't need to file a claim, but for peace of mind the plan was well worth having.

It took quite a while to process my claim, but there were some unusual features to my trip so I'm not too surprised. Once it got processed I did get a full refund and was quite pleased overall.

I did not need to make a claim, but I was anxious about traveling with my 90-year-old father. This plan covered someone of his age with any pre-existing conditions, and all travelers were covered in the bargain. It was recommended by InsureMyTrip, whose representatives are supportive, knowledgeable and professional.

I had included medical coverage with air transport back to US if needed. Fortunately did not need the insurance, but was told by folks we were staying with that medical facilities and services were not good and minimal where they existed (except for in Belize City), so the insurance I had was worth the $..if only as a comfort of knowing I would get the right kind of medical help if needed.
