I had coverage for trip/vacation which we had to cancel and file for refund "Cancel for any reason" package-, for my wife and two kids- it was a smooth experience, no back and forth business and the refund came in very fast, with no questions or issues at all. I will definitely use this company in the future

The plan only covered medical and dental attention while in the foreign country. I cracked my teeth after a fall on the sidewalk and did not want to see a dentist in Istanbul. The plan does not cover my dental attention coming back to the States. Very disappointing.

We had to pay extra for the feature we wanted (due to a bad experience with a previous insurer). It would be nice to be offered a partial refund if no claims were made.

    Seriously, you wanted a "refund" because you didn't file a claim? That's the point of insurance. You pay even if you don't use it, so that those less fortunate then you apparently we are spared inordinate pain.

I thought it was the best plan possible. One suggestion:
if a person buys a plan on a regular basis, it would be nice to have a special discount. Sort of like a "frequently flyer" discount.
