I suffered a ruptured Achilles while on vacation in St Lucia Dec 2011. As a result I was forced to cancel the May trip to Cozumel that was planned for myself and my wife. MH Ross was very helpful in filing the claim and timely in the refund. I would buy the protection again.
Though this was a true medical necessity I always purchase the cancel for any reason plan as a precaution against the unexpected in life

Plan and coverage seemed good but the ultimate test is how it works when you need it, which fortunately we did not.
