Thomas would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Since I didn't file a claim it is impossible to rate claims service or coverage. I was amazed that other travelers relied on standard coverage supplied by the cruise lines to cover potential problems. Medical transport alone would far exceed those policy limits.

Fortunately, I did not have to make any claim yet. Your customer service through emails/online has been exceptional.
I do have a hotel claiming a damage charge which we disagree with. i have taken up with my credit card company.
