JAMES would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I made a claim for a mysterious disappearance of our camera while in Barcelona. (Given the reputation of the city, we assumed it was pick pocketed). It is not clear in their documents, that if you are on a cruise and have a loss, you must have a document from the cruise line saying it was reported even tho the cruise line had nothing to do with it.

Eric would not recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I never received any policy number or any proof of insurance. I emailed to request this with no reply.

So in the event of an accident or serious injury i would have had no proof of cover, this is serious in Kenya as there is often no treatment given without insurance.

So essentially i paid for a service which i could not use in the event of an emergency.
