My only complaint was when I found it necessary to change the date of my trip, I was not granted a reduction in the cost of the premium even though the total cost of the trip was reduced by $1500.00.
Great way for the company to make an additional $200.00 at my expense which in my opinion was highway robbery! I'll think twice next time I travel on who I choose to provide insurance.

Unfortunately, because it was past 10 days of purchasing the policy, Seven Corners was unable to lower the trip cost or provide a refund of any kind on the Round Trip policies. It has been a worst experience filing the claim. It took 30 e-mails back and forth to finally have the check for the health care cost for an injury. I think they will play with your time with the hope that you would just forget it one day and kind of forfeit what you are supposed to get.
Filed the claim on March 2012.
Had to wait till Sept 25th 2012 to have the amount issued right to my name (I took the insurance for my in-laws, since they don't have account here, they authorized it to my account)
The claim filing process asked for all authorization and details. Then they asked again. I didn't give up. It was only because of my constant follow-up, I got the amount. I think all these travel insurance companies are fraud. My manager who brought in parents from India had the same thought.
Will have to join hands with someone to root out this fraud or bring it to the attention of authorities.Oct 03,2012
