Your customer service is like the top. Bill just took over every thing and handled it for me. He's a true gentleman and I can't speak too highly of him because he helped me out and I really, really appreciate it. I was completely satisfied with the insurance I purchased. However, since I didn't have to make a claim I really can't rate your service beyond the above statements.
