Fortunately, everything went smoothly on our trip and we did not have to file a claim. It's just more relaxing to know we are covered if we need it.

When traveling you never know what can happen and having insurance is always a good idea. I reviewed my plan against others and for the "most part" this plan covered any medical expenses that I might have incurred along with stolen items which were my main concerns. Always think of what kind of trip you are taking (I was taking a surf trip) and then tailor your choices to best fit your needs.
