The representative who helped me on the phone was very professional, friendly, informative, and answered all my questions. As a RN I know how your health can be a changing dynamic event while traveling. While I didn't file a claim, (yea!) I was so glad this plan covered the possibility of having to cancel for work reasons. There were talks of a possible strike of multiple departments at the hospital I work at & everyone's summer vacation time revoked hospital-wide. Luckily it was all resolved long before our trip but I was sure relieved to have the coverage with so much $$ paid out that was non-refundable.
