This was the first time we ever bought trip insurance, and Boy am I glad we did. Travel Guard provided excellent, prompt service. I was one of the "unlucky few" who actually had to file a claim under this policy, as I got laid off barely 6 weeks after purchasing airfare and insurance for a trip to Central America with my wife. Unexpected loss of employment is fully covered under the Gold plan. The paperwork was very straightforward. I faxed it all in, and I'd say less than a month later I had a check for full reimbursement of both airfares. I will definitely go with Travel Guard again! (Well, after I get another job, anyway.)

This was the first time to purchase travel insurance through this company. We had to file a claim for a stolen camera. I contacted Travel Guard and was sent claim forms promptly. Mailed required forms and within 2 weeks I had a check in the mail. Fantastic experience and will definitely purchase my travel insurance through them again.
