We had one doctor visit in Grand Bahama and the cost was only $50 so we did not file a claim. However, I did call you about what the procedure would be if we needed to file a claim. The person I spoke was most helpful, and she wanted to assist by finding providers for us, which we did not need. I am confident you would have provided whatever assistance we needed. I will not hesitate to refer and recommend others to you AND we will use you every year since we travel frequently.

I thought the reps on the phone were nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable with the insurance I had purchased. Luckily I did not need to use it, but it was a great comfort knowing that I would be able to go to a doctor if anyone in my family needed one.
