Trip Evacuation insurance was just what we were looking for during a recent trip to Tulum, Mexico. Price was within our budget. I did the online instant chat to get some questions answered, and it was kind of robotic. Still, I'd buy it again.

I think it is really hard to rate satisfaction for a service such as Insurance unless you are unfortunate enough to have to use it.
I have purchased my Travel Insurance with Travel Guard on more than one occasion and they seem to be very effective with the sign on process and what they offer at a comparable market price.

Fortunately I didn't have to use the policy for any problem, but my peace of mind was greatly enhanced by just knowing it was there if needed.
