We had one doctor visit in Grand Bahama and the cost was only $50 so we did not file a claim. However, I did call you about what the procedure would be if we needed to file a claim. The person I spoke was most helpful, and she wanted to assist by finding providers for us, which we did not need. I am confident you would have provided whatever assistance we needed. I will not hesitate to refer and recommend others to you AND we will use you every year since we travel frequently.

I was able to get out at the last minute after the snow storm of 2013. I live in CT. and it was doubtful up until the last minute if I would make it to the ship.

Did not have to file a claim ,so I can not give review on that but buying the plan on the internet site was very easy,got reply and documents fast,even got email just before trip to let me know phone number to call if any problems developed on cruise.Much cheaper than going thru cruise line,will use again for my next cruise

After I read many reviews after the fact about travel guard not paying claims, I will have to admit I was worried. I was prepared to get a lawyer involved if denied. However, we had a situation which was really a "no brain er". We made sure travelguard was given all information and documentation they required including follow up information with Doctors. It took several weeks, 4 or more, but they paid the claim without first denying it for any reason. They really didn't have much choice , otherwise, based on our case, it was pretty much "open and shut" in our minds and must have been in theirs . So, be certain with this and all travel insurance that you go by the book and be proactive in giving any documentation and information that is needed or requested.
