On the 10th day(AM) of 12 day cruise, on a shuttle, I had what seemed to be a TIA and was taken to a clinic, then helicoptered to an Athens hospital. It was determined I had asymptomatic pneumonia, both lobes, and anoxia due to that---blood pressures were up and I was retaining fluid.I was well taken care of in Athens, then flown home with a nurse companion. Travel Insured and On Call International took care of the details and kept in contact with me and my family. Everyone was so nice!

No problems when we had to cancel. Took a while to get all documentation needed for claim, but support was very helpful. Received the check about 4 weeks after everything was submitted. We've taken a new policy with Travel Insured for our next vacation.
