Fortunately, we did not encounter any problems so no claims were needed.
Sadly, all travel insurance is very expensive.

Yana would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Due to unpredictable weather conditions and possible inability to attend prepaid activities due to that, it would be beneficial to include an optional add -on to the insurance plan to cover these matters. A possibility to recover costs associated with canceling prepaid activities due to inclement weather (or due to any reason) is well worth extra pay.

Unfortunately, my companion was unable to make the trip because she was ill and hospitalized. I was charged an extra single supplement which was covered by this insurance. I am pleased to have received my check although I thought it took a long time to process the claim. Thank you.
