I appreciate how easy it is to use InsuremyTrip.com. I buy travel insurance at least twice a year and feel more comfortable with the protections it offers. I have only had to make one claim, a few years back, when two of my grandchildren become ill on one of our trips.

The overall experience was good. One submitted portion of the claim was not reimbursed because all I had was a PayPal receipt but that was how the expense was paid. Only $30 dollars or so. Not enough to spend time pursuing but enough o be annoying.
