Fortunately all went smooth on my vacation so I did not have to file a claim. They sent e-mails with any updates and a final e-mail with all your documents right before you leave. I felt very comfortable with price and reputation. Will use again!

Unfortunately, due to people backing out (eco-tourism too strenuous for 80+-year-old travelers), I was unable to travel to Costa Rica in March. BUT, because of excellent customer service I was refunded my payment, minus administrative fees.
