Insight Tours cancelled an Eastern European tour my wife and I had booked. They cancelled the tour and DID refund the ticket price. We had purchased NON-REFUNDABLE business class Airline tickets on our own through a Travel Agent. After completing claim forms, submitting various documents, etc. Travel Insured paid us the full purchase price of the Airline tickets. We are very pleased with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

One of the other travelers broke his ankle on the 3rd day of the trip and needed to be flown back to the States. It took quite a few days to get done. Once that happened, I was even more thankful that we had purchased the insurance. We did not have any claims or need to contact anyone, but the peace of mind made the purchase definitely worth it. We will contact you again the next time we travel.
