This was my very first travel insurance that I have taken for a vacation travel. Once I sent in all the required documentation for my trip cancellation, Travel Insured promptly processed my claim and sent me the exact amount of my claim. My advice to others is to read the contract thoroughly and keep all required documentation in a separate file, just in case you need to file a claim.
