I just wanted to write and say thank you. My mother was hesitant getting insurance for this flight but after getting 'burnt' last fall on a cancellation fee, she decided to take it out this time. What a blessing it was to have the insurance; it really helped out! Thank you so very much.

I did not have to file a claim thankfully but we were in a predicament that we almost were unable to take our trip. My husband was kicked by a horse 12 days before we were to go on our cruise, luckily it did not break his leg but left a large puncture wound which even though we went to the ER and started antibiotics right away - the wound got seriously infected. 5 days before we were going to leave on vacation, the doctor was contemplating putting him into the hospital for IV antibiotics. She decided to try one more course of doubling up antibiotics for 24 hours to see if we could avoid the hospital. We did that, and the infection started to subside. We were able to go on our trip as planned BUT I would never not InsureMyTrip. I was happy to know that if we had to cancel, my expenses would be covered. It is a peace of mine that way outweighs the expense of the insurance (which is very reasonable) Get it, Get it, Get it.. you never know what can happen....
