I was very fortunate that I did not have to use the insurance I purchased but the peace of mind it bought was worth the cost, which was reasonable for the coverage provided. This trip was to Italy and I had purchased similar insurance three years ago for a trip to Paris, I would definitely purchase trip insurance again in the future.

Seemed like a good plan that covered what we needed for our trip. Gave us peace of mind if something were to happen on our cruise. Of course wish it was a tiny bit cheaper but we did have to insure 5 people vs. 2 this time so it seemed fair. I felt confident that Travelex would pay any claims that arose but fortunately our cruise went smoothly and we had no claims. I remember being on our last cruise and needing to see a doctor on the ship but not doing it because I didn't want to pay for it. With this plan I could have been reimbursed for expenses like that which made me feel better bringing three kids along with me. So overall I am satisfied and this website made it easy to buy without any sales pitch and since their representatives are not on commission, no one was pushy, just informative. Quick and easy for what we needed.

We had to cancel our cruise due to a last-minute illness. The claim process was demanding to say the least. It gave the impression that Travelex wanted any little piece of information that might reduce their liability. Nevertheless, they came through with a full refund in less than three weeks.
