I have used Travelex for a number of years - I have only had one claim during those years and it was handled wonderfully well from start to finish. I travel a lot and will continue to choose Travelex - it gives me great peace of mind.

I purchased the only plan you offer in NY State which
1. provides PRIMARY coverage. Yes, I realize that it is not MORE coverage and I've never filed a claim on any policy. However, I realize that should I ever need to file a claim, secondary coverage doubles, complicates and makes any claim take much longer.
I want to simplify my life should I ever need to file a claim.
2. Cancel for Any Reason is also important to us. Sometimes we book vacations almost two years in advance. We're about to book one 14 months in advance. We've never cancelled but it always remains a possibility that we'll have to for an otherwise uncovered reason. Our previous policy was 80%. Our most recent was 70%. When you factor in approx. a 15% premium, it would only pay about 55%. Please keep your eyes peeled for more extensive Cancel for Any Reason coverage.

I fully realize that you offer only policies you find worthy. I really appreciate that.

We've bought several policies thru you. I've ALWAYS received excellent phone support when deciding which policies to buy. Our last trip involved two policies as we were taking a non-family member, who does not live with us, on the trip as a gift. Your person carefully made certain that our policies were properly drawn. i.e., if my husband and I had to Cancel For Any Reason, we would be able to Cancel for Any Reason our guest's trip.

You have earned my trust from the first time I used you.

Edward would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
I rated them mostly satisfied only because we did not have to use them. Very difficult to rate programs like this when you pick one out of the blue and in the end did not need to use them. The good news is we didn't need to use them but on the other hand, unless you have the need to use them you are never really sure just how things will work out. But this plan seemed to cover what we might need at a fair price.
