what I liked most was the live person speaking to me about my purchase. I have some questions for you that came to mind after I was home. here they are: do you notify the beneficiary of my flight insurance, or not? I have heard that many insurance companies are not obligated to inform beneficiaries of the benefit owed to them. next question: does the flight only plan cost less if it is purchased sooner, meaning more days before take-off? in any case, you have a good company, worthy of customer support and growth. I will certainly do business with you again. congratulations! marlene

    Do you notify the beneficiary of my flight insurance, or not? Before you leave on your trip, you should notify the beneficiary on your policy.

    Does the flight only plan cost less if it is purchased sooner, meaning more days before take-off? No, there is no difference in premium. Thank you for putting in your review.

My son and I both had to visit the ship doctor. I paid for our visit and the meds out of pocket. When I returned home, I simply called the number listed on my policy. I was immediately emailed forms that had to be completed and mailed in. About 3 weeks later, I received a check in the mail for the full amount! This insurance is a no-brainer, in my opinion.

The plan gave us peace of mind. I suppose you always question something in hindsight when you pay for it and don't use it, so the true value of a purchase such as this really is tested when its needed.
