Fortunately we didn't have to use the plan. Hopefully it would have worked for us if we had. It seemed like a good plan, but you never really know until you actually need it.

The important coverages were provided in the plan. Since we did not have any loses for which to file a claim their performance in settling a claim could not be evaluated. However the real proof of an insurer is how quickly and hassle free they cover a loss and provide the reimbursement promised in the policy. I would consider using this insurer again.

A great value for the exact coverage we needed. I entered the date incorrectly and did not notice until a few weeks before sailing on our cruise. I used the customer service interactive screen and a live operator helped me fix the problem. Another great experience with your company.

Fortunately didnt need to file any claims but was good to have peace of mind while travelling. Also I wish I would have taken the Car rental insurance. Luckily we had no issues --but found out that once on the island the car company insurance was not as comprehensive as we had hoped. I'll take that option in future travels.

It seems to be good coverage for the price. It does give you piece of mind knowing you've done what you can if you have something happen. I've never had to file a claim though.
