I thought the plan was a little expensive and only bought it for peace of mind. I fortunately did not have to use the insurance so cannot comment on anything other than the price paid for the insurance.

traveling to Florida during the fall I wanted to ensure I had coverage for hurricanes. It was nice to have the advice I received when I called and I was glad to learn the time frame to obtain this type of insurance prior to leaving on our trip.

It's like any insurance, I hope I never have to use it, but I feel a peace of mind by having it. I've used InsureMyTrip before, and I'm sure I'll use it again... as long as it's cost effective and provides the best deal.

The plan covered everything I would think it should, on paper. Thankfully, I did not have to use it. I think it was a bit pricey, but if I had needed it, I bet I would have justified the cost.
