I did not have to file a claim thankfully and we had an uneventful (and wonderful) trip. It gave us peace of mind to know we had coverage should something happen to prevent us from taking the trip. We felt the coverage options provided and the price were very good, thank you!

I became very ill on a cruise in Feb. 2013 and requested a doctor come to my cabin because I was too weak and sick to go to the infirmary. He came with his nurse and he checked me and had his nurse to give me some pills. I paid 159.00 for this service and was promptly reimbursed after filing a claim upon my return. I'm glad I had this coverage, and will use them again whenever I travel which I do a lot of.
