We are so glad we did not need to use the plan. However, you never know when an accident or illness or situation in the world can threaten your vacation. We needed the peace of mind that the insurance provided. It was worth the price (which was very reasonable).

Joyce would recommend this plan to a friend or relative.
Would never travel on a cruise without this insurance. You never know when a family emergency will pop up and you might have to cancel your plans especially when those travel plans are nonrefundable. Also, it is good to have the additional protection in case of an accident while you are traveling ... it really gives peace of mind and assurance.

I was a bit leery to purchase this plan as it was so cheap. It had great reviews, but no one mentioned actually filing a claim, just that they felt secure knowing they had coverage. We were delayed returning due to Hurricane Sandy. Filing the claim was simple (make sure u have excellent documentation) and 10 days later I received a check.

Since we are getting older, we decided to get trip insurance that covered everything, but it was quite expensive. We had a successful trip and didn't have to make any claims.

Fortunately we didn't need to use the plan, but it was peace of mind having it. We get it on all of our cruises, needed it once and were very fortunate to have it. Looking all of the plans available, this one fits our needs (benefits/cost).
