The evac policy which I purchased from you and which expired provided that evacuation would be done at MY request. This year due to our age we were told we could only purchase a policy which provides for evacuation at the request of the attending physician. A BIG NOT GOOD CHANGE. I wish the old form was available.

One reason I selected this company because they were the only one I checked that had 24 hour live customer service for non-emergency events. They also covered Haiti, a country on the US State Department travel warning list.

We will use your service for future trips. We are glad that we didn't need the coverage but realize that NOT having it would have been bad if a medical emergency came up on our cruise.

Your communication before the trip was appreciated. It told me that there were real people behind the coverage and I could always look up the email message if I lost my paper copies during the trip.
