I don't know, i didn't need to use it. As far I know, it's just a little complicated to buy. It was the best cost benefit choice I've researched. But the most important thing, the "usability", remains unknow to me.

This insurance was recommended by a friend. I've traveled extensively and never before purchased insurance. Since I didn't have a need to use the insurance while traveling, it's a bit difficult to rate. I will say that the process of finding out which insurance I needed and signing up was effortless. I received everything that I needed promptly. If I decide to purchase insurance again, it will be this one.

It is always good to have a peace of mind while traveling without having to spend a fortune. I think it is a good
price and good coverage. Thanks God we did not have
any trouble while traveling but it is good not to worry for any incident to happen.
