Sure but didn't file claim so can't say anyting about that. The company should state clearly that the policy's final cost will depend on the ages of the persons being insured upfront. I was surprised at the final cost but it was explained by the rep, not without some "that should have been obvious" feelings being tossed my way. Anyhow, would use the company again without reservation because as I was backing over the waterfall 160 feet in the air wrapped in a rope, I actually thought about how pleased I was that I was insured in this far-away country!! Enjoy your travels!

    Hi John, I'm sorry to hear one of our Customer Service Agents made you feel you should've known, this is not told until you input your date of birth on the buy page. We will be working on trying to get this information more upfront. Most of our plans go by your age at time of purchase not at time of travel. Hope you had a great trip.

For me, the best person to write a review is someone who really filed for a claim. For me, thank God that I never got to use it at all. I came home all safe. It is just good to know that I have peace of mind during my travel. But I really commend InsureMyTrip.com for the efficient work. The policy was emailed right away, and the website was understandable. I also want to commend the customer service guy who was very patient to listen to my needs. He understands what I want. Forgot his name though. The insurance Trawick is also attractive in the sense that they have coverage that is not being offered by others. Like acts of terrorism, evacuation,etc. Hmm, I will probably do this again on my next travel.

The "killer" feature in your coverage is that it is good for a year, with a max of 70 days coverage for each individual trip. I will be setting off on another trip in the USA and the coverage is in place. Then in June I will return to Germany for almost two months, and the coverage is in place. Further your pricing seems quite fair when compared to other comparable plans. And I did contact your staff with a couple questions before I set off back in December. My questions were answered politely and in a straight forward way. Thanks.
