The plan seemed fine. Its coverage, coupled with other coverage we have, filled gaps. Fortunately, we did not have to use it, so cannot comment on how well it would have performed with a claim.

Although I did not used the plan, piece of mind is priceless. I bought the plan only a month before leaving on our trip and the timing did not reflex in the price. I have used InsureMyTrip many time and I've always been satisfied. The customer support personnel are a great resource for any questions at all. They have even saved me money and saved me from buying the wrong type of insurance!

Fortunately, I didn't run into any problems so I didn't make use of the plan. The coverage and price and flexibility of this plan really appeal to me and I'm already using the same plan for the next leg of my travels. Certainly, the real test will be calling and filing a claim; but I do hope I won't have to!
