I think this plan covered pretty much everything I wanted and, as usual, I was grateful for the existence of InsureMyTrip to help me select and clarify what I was buying into - you certainly make what used to be a chore into a procedure I don't need to worry about. I also feel secure in that it's possible to speak directly and personally to someone if you need to.

I would recommend HTH and will use them again for my next trip. I did not have to file a claim so I can not comment on that process, but having the assurance of compete medical coverage helped me to relax and enjoy my trip. My problem was getting the policy. I had asked that it be mailed to me. It never came. I asked again and was told it had been requested. It never came. Finally, I asked that it be e-mailed to me. Then I got it. The 2 people I talked to both said they would call the company but who knows what happened.
